Ozempic costs no more muscle than any diet, and you can protect what you have

The viral claim that 40% of the weight lost on GLP-1 drugs is muscle mixes up muscle with lean mass. Body scans from trials of 140 to 246 people show the drugs cost about as much muscle as any weight loss of the same size, and strength training is the best protection.

A glucose spike after oatmeal doesn't mean oatmeal is bad for you
